You thought it was all about strength, showing me how strong u are, proving that you could fight ur way thru it. But that's not what love's about. It's not about being strong, it's about being weak. All i wanted to know was that you understood that. Do you know what i feel every time you leave me, to go to work, to fetch a pint of milk from the shops, to go wherever you're going? I feel scared. I love you so much that i worry i'm never going to see u again. I long for the moment we'll be together again. I love you so much that it hurts. And that's what i wanted from you. this isnt nicholas sparks kinda bk which pays too much attention to satisfy the female readers. its more of nick hornby n mike gayle. yea i love to read guy bks. i tink every girl/woman shud read them. coz only in it they admit they're actually very much idiots in nature n that they're actually sensitive n insecure. n they dont haf those cheesy bedroom scenes u get in sandra brown's novels. n its reali funny how they try to analyse female behaviour. like how we want flowers but complain abt how its gona die anyways n how we must be offered that last piece of papadum before they pop it into their mouth altho we dont reali want it. haha. we, the female of the species, can haf a gd laugh reading abt it. esp in this bk. its like 'why-women-dont-say-certain-thgs-n-why-they-behave-that-way for dummies'. no points for guessing who im gona pass this bk to next. heh. its no da vinci's code but its the best read i've had this year.
that bk n a bar of crunchie have been my companion for the past day since bebs has gone to kl. im in need of a vacation too. hopefully i'll get to go kl the first wk of jan. in the meantime, i'll juz mope arnd at hm, watching the minutes go by in painstakingly slow motion.
